We ship to 28 countries worldwide, including Canada, the United States, and 26 international destinations across Europe, Asia Pacific, and the Middle East.
Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 9 to 15 business days. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier.
Domestic Shipping (Canada)
- Standard Shipping — $12.00 CAD (orders under $10.00)
- Free Standard Shipping — on orders of $10.00 CAD or more
- Express Shipping — $20.00 CAD (all orders)
All domestic orders include a tracking number.
US Shipping
- Standard Shipping — $7.90 CAD; free on orders of $75.00 CAD or more
- Weight-based rates: $19.90 CAD (0.5–1.5 kg) and $29.90 CAD (1.5–30 kg)
- Express International — $34.90 CAD (up to 1.5 kg)
- Free standard shipping on orders of $100.00 CAD or more
All US orders include a tracking number.
International Shipping Rates are calculated at checkout via Canada Post based on package weight and destination. We ship to: UAE, Austria, Australia, Belgium, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, and Singapore.
Customs & Duties Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes charged by their country. These are not included in the shipping rate at checkout.
Tracking A tracking number is provided for all Canadian and US orders. International tracking may vary by Canada Post service.
